Over 30 years of experience in the field of Renewable Energy and Waste Management projects with German International Cooperation(GIZ). He is co-founder of Natural Power Co. Ltd. and Pure Natural Power, a biogas technology company and a Thai-Swiss company advising on CDM development, respectively. From 2018 – 2022 Mr. Kossmann was Director of the GIZ project under the Thai German Climate Programme supporting Thailand on the achievement of the NDC (National Determined Contributions).

Carbon Pricing and PA Art.6 Expert
Jens has over 15 years of experience living and working in Thailand on carbon market-related topics. In 2023, Jens left the UNFCCC to start KORA Climate, a Chiang Mai-based consultancy company specializing in policy advice on carbon markets and Art.6 of the Paris Agreement and project development and certification in carbon removals, particularly biochar. Jens is the Managing Director at KORA Climate Co., Ltd. In this role, he provides expert consultation on Article 6 processes and works closely with partners to address and meet Thailand’s specific needs.

Titinan Pothong, Ph.D.
Project Manager
Titinan joined KORA in 2024 and has recently acquired a deeper knowledge of carbon offset mechanisms. She is certificated in VVB and PDD for Land Use (Agriculture & Forestry) sectors by Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program (T-VER), and is currently extending her expertise to cover calculation of carbon footprint of organizations (CFO) according to the TGO.

A marketing professional with over 4 years experience. She excels in strategic outreach planning, and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, she is managing client projects, promoting services, and driving continuous service improvement.
Pichparnee Boonpradab
Research & Project Assistant
An environmental expert in air pollution (specifically particulate matter, gases, and volatile organic compounds). In addition, she has experience with sustainable development goals and creative innovation to overcome the Climate change impact.
