POSITION: Business Developer – InFuse Thailand network
1. Background
Neyen Consulting and KORA Climate have launced the inFUSE Accelerator Thailand network in July 2025. This network aims to build a new community to support businesses in Thailand on corporate sustainability, carbon markets and related topics. KORA Climate, in partnership with Neyen Consulting, is excited to bring this collaborative network to Thailand following its successful establishment in Indonesia in 2024, where it has already engaged 1,300+ members from key industries.
inFUSE is a platform that:
- Brings together international sustainability and carbon market experts, local experts, partners and business leaders in bi-weekly network meetings/seminars and other interesting formats.
- Provides access to expert knowledge, training, market intelligence, financing solutions, and peer-to-peer collaboration. Empowers corporates and other organizations to implement successful net-zero strategies and maintain their position as trusted partners of international clients
2. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attending all inFUSE meetings and events in Thailand, connecting with participants and seeking out business opportunities
- Supporting the preparation and facilitation of InFUSE meeting and events
- Following up on leads generated at inFUSE meetings and events, including arranging meetings with partners and clients and involve the inFUSE partner where necessary
- Taking the lead on developing proposals in alignment with the local partner
- Maintaining the list of contacts generated through the workshops in the NeyenCRM. These are contacts identified during the workshops and those asking to be contacted by KORA Climate and Neyen in the workshop feedback form.
- Tracking “Deals” (proposals) in the Neyen CRM driving them forward to closure
- Joining Neyen’s weekly team meetings and regularly update the KORA Climate and Neyen proposals lead on the status of leads. Providing input on meeting/workshop ToRs including proposing topics and speakers from the network
- Nurturing the network of inFUSE members to drive corporate conversions to paid Membership
- Preparing summary notes and online content from each meeting/workshop.
3. Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Thai with excellent communication skills.
- 5-8 years business development experience in the corporate sustainability market
- or similar, including having a strong network of professionals in corporate sustainability and/or carbon markets
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to climate change/environment/energy or Business Administration/economics with experience in sustainability in targeted sectors. Master’s a plus.
- Strong organizational, writing, and time management skills—delivering high quality work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Collaborative mindset
- Able to work both independently and in multicultural, cross-time-zone teams
The candidate needs to have a good understanding of the local corporate sustainably Landscape, ESG reporting requirements and should have some knowledge about Corporate Net-Zero targets, and the implications of Carbon Pricing Instruments (CPIs) on industry covered by compliance markets.
4. Work Location & Time:
- Remote work/home based, but must be located in Bangkok to meet clients and be available to attend regular in-person events in Bangkok.
- Full-time staff, regular working hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM; alternative arrangements are possible and can be discussed.
